How is this different from Postman?

It is far smaller in scope, and it runs in the tab you are already on — so requests can use the session you are already signed in with, without exporting cookies to another app.

Are my requests sent anywhere else?

No. Requests go directly from your browser to the URL you enter. Nothing is proxied or logged by UltraDevKit.
