This Privacy Policy explains how UltraDevKit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Chrome extension and website.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect browsing history or the content of web pages you visit.
• We do not collect passwords, cookies, or personal data from the websites you browse.
• We do not track you across websites.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Trial management: To start and track your 7-day free trial.
• License verification: To validate your lifetime license key.
• Abuse prevention: To prevent multiple free trials from the same device.
• Communication: To send your license key and purchase receipt via email.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a serverless SQL database. We use industry-standard security practices, and your email is never shared with third parties except as necessary for payment processing (see below).

5. Third-Party Services

We use Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy handles your payment information and shares your email address with us so we can generate and deliver your license key. Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this will deactivate your trial or license).

7. Data Retention

We retain your email and license data for as long as your lifetime license is active. Trial data is retained for abuse prevention purposes. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
