Does the report show which elements are at fault?

Yes. Each issue lists the specific elements responsible with a selector, so a fix does not start with a hunt.

Can I give the report to a client?

That is what the PDF export is for — a clean, printable document with scores, findings and recommended fixes.

Does a perfect score mean the page is perfect?

No. Automated checks catch a meaningful subset of problems. Keyboard navigation, screen reader flow and whether the content is any good still need a human.
